All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse any booking without giving reasons. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email and payment has been successfully processed.
Payment for all tours must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept payments via major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified on our website.
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
All cancellations must be made in writing by email to [email protected] or through your online account. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase and will be issued within 14 business days from the cancellation date.
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, insufficient participants, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for another date.
We strive to operate all tours as described on our website. However, we reserve the right to modify tour itineraries, routes, schedules, or features if necessary due to weather conditions, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.
Tour participants must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Buses will not wait for late participants, and no refunds will be provided for missed tours due to lateness.
All passengers must behave in a respectful manner during the tour. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any passenger from a tour for disruptive behavior, intoxication, or any conduct that may endanger other passengers or interfere with the tour experience.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Abu Dhabi Bus Trip and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Arab Emirates and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Abu Dhabi Bus Trip.
Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. By providing such content to our Service, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through our Service.
You agree that this license includes the right for us to make your content available to other users of the Service, who may also use your content subject to these Terms.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post the content you provide and that such content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.
